Do I need to make any special preparations for my skin surgery?
Ordinarily, no special preparations are necessary. Patients with artificial implants do not need preoperative treatment with antibiotics. You may eat your normal meals on the day of your surgery. If you are on blood thinners such as Plavix (clopidogrel), you may be asked to stop the medication prior to the surgery. Check first with the doctor.
How do I setup/change/cancel an appointment?
Call the office during normal business hours. If canceling or changing an appointment, we ask for 2 full business days prior to your scheduled appointment day and time in order to schedule someone on our waiting list.
Do I have to pay for my visit at the time of service?
You are responsible for all co-pays, deductibles, and other charges not covered by your insurance at the time of your appointment, and we are legally obligated to collect those amounts. We accept check, cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and CareCredit for your convenience.
How do I get my prescription refilled?
It’s best to ask for refills at the time of your appointment. The doctor reviews each request personally, so expect up to 2 business days before the prescription is refilled.
